The name "Sunrise Bakery" has a personal meaning behind it. It's inspired by my Goldendoodle, Sunny, who brings so much light and joy into my life, as well as a special moment when my fiancé and I got engaged at sunrise in Banff. It represents warmth, new beginnings, and the happiness I hope my baking brings to others.
Hi, I'm Anna, the baker behind this cottage bakery! I started baking as a hobby, and it grew into something I love sharing with others - bringing a little joy, comfort, and sweetness into people's lives.
After being diagnosed with celiac disease more than 10 years ago, I learned how difficult it could be to find gluten-free baked goods that truly tasted great. That's why I'm passionate about baking treats that never feel like a compromise. Every recipe I use has been carefully tested, refined, and baked time and time again until I was completely happy with the flavor and texture.
Every item I bake is made with certified gluten-free, high-quality ingredients because I believe everyone deserves baked goods they can trust and genuinely enjoy.
When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll usually find me spending time with my fiancé and our dog, Sunny.
